1. General Position

All payments made to Eventail Services for Socialbird AI subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable French or European Union consumer law.

By starting a paid subscription you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

2. Free Trial

Socialbird AI offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of your selected plan. We encourage you to fully explore the service during this period before your first charge occurs.

Your first payment is taken on day 15. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before day 15 to avoid being charged.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until that date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in price during the current billing period.

5. Credits

Credits are non-refundable. Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle are not carried over and hold no monetary value. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

6. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• A technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your billing period

• You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error

To request a review, contact us at legal@socialbird.ai within 7 days of the charge in question, with a description of the issue.

We do not guarantee a refund will be issued in any case outside of what is required by law.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable EU or French consumer protection law.
